At present, the equipments are high speed CNC milling machines, deep hole drilling machines, slow-feeding wire-cut machines, EDM, die spotting machines and some other conventional equipments.

We have the capability to design and make the moulds according to the requirement and request from customers in one stop service. Customers can supply either part drawings with formats on IGS, CAD, or just sketches. Our engineers and designers are well experienced on using the most famous software like UG, PRO-E, SOLIWORKS, MASTERCAM to design the moulds appropriately for CNC machining. Our engineers are also able to predict and solve injection molding problems in the earliest stage of product with the help of software like MOULDFLOW. We are able to supply every kind of prototype either functional or just aesthetic.
